CineView II 是一块低成本的 MPEG 视 / 音频解码卡，支持 4:2:0 MPEG-4 ， MPEG-1 ，及 MPEG-1 视频解压支持 NTSC 及 PAL 回放，可以在微软和 Linux 操作系统里，支持 15Mbps 的回放码流，并可以通过 CineView II 卡的标准平衡和非平衡立体声输出播出立体声音。
